Seven companies are planning to conduct an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 28, 2076. With the pressure to organize the AGM within 6 months after the completion of the fiscal year, companies convening the Annual Meeting on the same day have piled up. On Poush 28, there are 7 companies including a commercial bank that have scheduled for the AGM.
Nepal Investment Bank is conducting the Annual Meeting at 10 AM in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu. The major agendas include the endorsement of a 19 percent dividend to the shareholders from the FY 2075/76.
