Adarsha Laghubitta Proposes 21.05 Percent Dividend

Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The microfinance has proposed a 21.05 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 20 percent bonus share and a 1.05 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The bonus share is worth Rs 41.40 lakhs while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 2.17 lakhs. Hence, the microfinance is planning to distribute Rs 43.57 lakh worth of dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Adarsha Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 2.07 crores. After the inclusion of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 2.48 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
