AGM and book close date of Pokhara Finance

Pokhara Finance has informed Nepse about the AGM and book close date of the company.
As informed on Nepse, Pokhara Finance is going to convene its 23rd AGM on Paush 18, 2076. Likewise, the book closure date for the same purpose is Paush 4, 2076. Only those shareholders holding the shares of the company till Paush 3 are eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
Pokhara Finance has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 13, 2076 has proposed a 14.20 percent dividend. This includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 7.20 percent cash dividend.
At the current capital of Rs. 85.73 crores, the dividend is worth Rs. 12.17 crores. The company will distribute Rs. 6 crores bonus share and Rs. 6.17 crores cash dividend.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
