Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB) will conduct its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2078 BS [January 8, 2022]. The annual meeting will take place at the Aabukhaireni Restaurant & Party Palace, Tanahu. The time for AGM is scheduled after 10 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78 presented by the chairman.
Approval of 25.28 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to Board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Issue of Follow-On Public Offering (FPO) at a premium.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date on Poush 15, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of SMFDB until Poush 14 are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
