Two Companies Annual General Meeting (AGM) today

Two companies are going to convene their AGM today i.e. Mangsir 18.
Nabil Investment Banking will conduct its AGM on Mangsir 18, 2076 at its head office in Naxal, Kathmandu. The meeting will start after 11 AM. The major agenda for the AGM is to endorse a 20% cash dividend from the fiscal year 2075/76.
Similarly, IME Life Insurance is also going to organize its AGM on Mangsir 18, 2076. The meeting will take place at Chandragiri Hills, Thankot, Kathmandu after 11 AM. The major agendas include the approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2075/76 as well as the appointment of auditor and director for the insurance.
