Arun Kabeli Power Proposes 10 Percent Bonus Share From FY 2078/79

Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has announced dividends to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 2, 2079 BS has proposed a 10.53 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.53 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 B.S., Arun Kabeli Power has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.85 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 2.04 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Electricity Regulation Commission and the upcoming 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
