Arun Valley Hydropower Company Limited (AHPC) is going to convene its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 14, 2081 BS. The meeting will take place at Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Gausala, Kathmandu.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 3.157 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, AHPC had announced the book closure date on Karthik 5, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares until Karthik 4, 2081 BS can participate in the Annual Meeting and will receive the dividend.
