Bank of Kathmandu promoter shares auction opens from Magh 15

Bank of Kathmandu is selling its 3,70,356 units promoter share in an auction to the general public from 15th Magh, 2076 i.e. today. The auction will close on 22nd Magh, 2076. NMB Capital is the issue manager for the auction.

Interested investors can apply by filling a form available at NMB Capital, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. The form will cost Rs. 100 and the interested investors should place a bid for a minimum of 1000 units. The minimum bid price per unit is  Rs. 160. So, the investors can place the bid for the minimum bid amount or more than that.

Previously, the shares were open for auction to the existing promoter shareholders of the company which went unsold. So, it has opened the auction for the general public too.
