Bill Gates best investment yielded $200 billion

Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates said that his best ever investment was the investment he made in global health organizations.
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has donated more than $10 billion to fight against diseases and provide vaccinations and immunizations to the children and people around the world in two decades period.
Drawing a comparison with S&P 500, he further said that investing $10 billion in S&P 500 would have grown by 70 percent while his investment in global health organizations yielded 20-1 returns in economic benefit.
Further, Gates voiced that every parent must take their children to get the vaccination and not put them into a risk of diseases illustrating measles which was once a dangerous disease.
