Budhigandaki Hydroproject Distributes Rs 32.27 billion compensation

The Budhigandaki Hydropower Project has distributed Rs 32.27 billion in compensation, according to the Budhigandaki Hydropower Project Environment, Compensation Distribution, Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Unit Office.
Announcing the annual progress report of the fiscal year 2076/77, the project has distributed 16.51 billion rupees as compensation for 23,613 ropanis of land in Gorkha district.
Similarly, 15.72 billion rupees for 23,827 ropanis of land has been distributed to Dhading The financial progress of the project has been 99 percent and physical progress 94 percent so far.
The project has started distributing the compensation in the market area at the rate of Rs 50,000 to Rs 700,000 per anna on Mangsir 15, 2076.
