Central Finance Not to Provide Dividend from FY 2079/80

Central Finance Limited (CFL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.

The board meeting of the company held on Falgun 4, 2080 BS has decided not to propose any dividend or bonus share from the profit of the fiscal year 2079/80.

As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Central Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 94.88 crores.

The financial statements for the fiscal year 2079/80 are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Central Finance had distributed a 5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

Likewise, from the FY 2077/78, the finance had provided an 11 percent dividend, including a 7.70 percent bonus share and a 3.30 percent cash dividend. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2076/77, CFCL had distributed a 10 percent dividend, including a 7 percent bonus share and a 3 percent cash dividend. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had provided a 7 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
