Chilime Hydropower Conducting 26th AGM Today | Meeting To Approve 15 Percent Dividend

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) will convene its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 22, 2079 BS [Jan 6, 2023]. The meeting will take place at the Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of 15 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Poush 3, 2079 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of CHCL until Poush 2 will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting and receive the dividend.
