Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) will convene its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 20, 2080 BS [Jan 5, 2024]. The meeting will take place at the Rastriya Sabha Griha, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of 15 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Election of 4 directors representing public shareholders.
Appointment of 2 independent directors.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has closed the shareholders’ registration book on Poush 8, 2080 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of CHCL until Poush 5 will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting and receive the dividend.
