Net Profit Of Civil Laghubitta Plunges By 50 Percent [Q1 Report]

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) has published its first-quarterly report of the current fiscal year 2079/80. The unaudited report shows a 50 percent drop in its net profit as compared to last year’s corresponding quarter. The microfinance earned Rs 0.72 crores as net profit in the three months period. Last year, the company posted a net profit of Rs. 1.44 crores until the first quarter.
As of Ashwin’s end 2079 BS, Civil Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 28.81 crores. Similarly, reserve & surplus is at Rs. 18.29 crores. The microfinance has floated loans and advances of Rs. 4.02 Arba. The company has reported a net interest income of Rs. 5.65 crores in this period which is 8 percent more than previous year’s first quarter.
The nonperforming loan stands at 2.6 percent. Annualized EPS and networth per share are at Rs. 10.11 and Rs. 151.27.
