CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) has delivered an excellent performance until the third quarter of this fiscal year i.e. 2078/79. The microfinance has posted a profit of Rs. 9.99 crores in the first nine months period. This is 109 percent higher than the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Last year, the company’s profit stood at Rs. 4.77 crores during the same period.
The rise in profit is due to the increment in the net interest income by 55 percent. CYC Nepal Laghubitta earned Rs. 15.77 crores as the net interest income.
As of Chaitra’s end 2078 BS, the microfinance company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 8.21 crores. At this capital, the annualized Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 121.68 while the per-share net-worth is at Rs. 465.90.
