Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) is a leading microfinance institution in Nepal. It is national level microfinance licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.

The major shareholders of Chhimek Laghubitta (CBBL) include:

  • Nabil Bank Ltd (11.98%)
  • Bank of Kathmandu Ltd (9.98%)
  • Himalayan Bank Ltd. (11.98%)
  • Neighbourhood Society Service Centre (12%)
  • Individual promoter shareholders (18.71%)
  • Public Shareholders (35.35%)

Chhimek Laghubitta (CBBL) has provided attractive dividends to the shareholders over the years. Since the fiscal year 2065/66, CBBL has distributed dividends ranging from 15 percent to 52.7 percent.

    Cbbl in which date distribute their dividend to shareholder Fiscal year 2077/78
