Ridi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPC) was established on Falgun 28, 2057 BS as a private company. Later, on Shrawan 20, 2065 BS, the company was converted into a public limited company. It is operating a 2.4 MW Ridikhola project located in Gulmi and Palpa district. Similarly, the company has developed Butwal Solar Power Project, an 8.5 MW Grid Connected Solar Project located at Manigram in Rupandehi.
