Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) is a leading non-life insurance company of Nepal, established in 1996 as the first foreign joint venture with Ceylinco Insurance PLC, Srilanka. The promoters hold the 60 percent shares in the company while the general public have 40 percent ownership. Likewise, Ceylinco Insurance Company, PLC of Srilanka is the foreign joint venture company.

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited was formed after the successful merger of Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited and Lumbini General Insurance Limited.
