Eastern Hydropower To Organize 6th AGM On Poush 30

Eastern Hydropower Limited (EHPL) will organize its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2079 BS. The meeting will take place at Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar, Kathmandu. The meeting will commence after 8 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of one director representing public shareholders.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, Eastern Hydropower has announced the book closure date on Poush 20, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
