Emerging Nepal Proposes 8.42 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The company will distribute an 8.42105 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 8.42105 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Emerging Nepal Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 55.56 crores. Hence, the total cash dividend amounts to Rs 4.67 crores.
