Emerging Nepal Proposes 5.26 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company will distribute a 5.26315 percent dividend to the shareholders. The dividend will be in the form of cash (including for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Emerging Nepal Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 55.56 crores. Hence, the total cash dividend amounts to Rs. 2.92 crores.
