Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) will convene its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 16, 2080 BS. The annual meeting will take place at Sasa Banquet, Nayabazar, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval for 1:2 right issue.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Ghalemdi Hydro Limited will close its shareholders’ registration book on Baisakh 7, 2080 BS. Thus, the investors holding/purchasing shares until Baisakh 6 are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
