Ghodighoda Laghubitta 4th AGM on Poush 26

Ghodighoda Laghubitta is going to convene its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 26, 2076. The board meeting of the microfinance held on Mangsir 27 has announced the AGM date. The meeting will take place at Dhangadi, Kailali.

For the purpose of the AGM, the book closure date is from Poush 7 to Poush 26. Investors holding/purchasing shares until Poush 6 are eligible to participate in the annual meeting.

The company has earned Rs. 16.40 lakh in net profit in the fiscal year 2075/76.
