Ghorahi Cement Industry Proposes 10.53 Percent Dividend

Ghorahi Cement Industry Ltd. (GCIL) has declared the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 12, 2082 BS has proposed a 10.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.56 Arba. At this capital, the total dividend amounts to Rs 48.08 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2079/80, GCIL had distributed 15 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
