Goodwill Finance is going to convene its 24th AGM on Falgun 10, 2075. The 326th board of directors meeting held on 06/10/2075 has decided to organize the meeting on Goodwill Complex, Hattisar, Kathmandu. The annual general meeting is going to endorse 5.263% cash dividend to shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2074/75. The book closure date for AGM is Magh 27.
