Green Development Bank Proposes 4 Percent Dividend

Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The development bank has proposed a 4 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 3.8 percent bonus share and a 0.2 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Green Development Bank has paid-up capital of Rs 51.90 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 1.97 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 10.38 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
