Hathway Investment Nepal To Sell 2,09,809 Ordinary Shares Of IME General Insurance

Hathway Investment Nepal is going to sell 2,09,809 ordinary shares of IME General Insurance Limited (IGI). The company is also a promoter shareholder of the insurance.
The company had requested the insurance company to sell the shares. Such request was approved by the IGI’s board which was then forwarded to Beema Samiti seeking permission to sell the shares. The regulatory body has given approval to the company on Magh 16 to sell 2,09,809 shares.
Hathway Investment Nepal is a private investment company founded in 2009.
