ICFC Finance Announces 10.5263 Percent Cash Dividend

ICFC Finance Company Limited has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The finance company has announced a 10.5263 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, ICFC Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 118.37 crores. At this capital, the cash dividend amounts to Rs 12.45 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the finance.
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82, ICFC has provided a 15.7895 percent cash dividend. Likewise, from the fiscal year 2080/81, the finance company had distributed a 5.2632 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2079/80, ICFC Finance had provided a 6.5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Likewise, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the finance had distributed a 10 percent dividend, including a 5 percent bonus shares. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2077/78, the company had provided a 14 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share and a 4 percent cash dividend. In the fiscal year 2076/77, ICFC Finance had distributed a 15 percent dividend, including a 10.50 percent bonus share and a 4.50 percent cash dividend.
