IGI Prudential Insurance to Provide 9.7368 Percent Dividend from FY 2080/81

IGI Prudential Insurance Company Limited (IGI) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company has proposed a 9.7368 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, IGI Prudential Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 302.93 crores. Hence, the company is planning to distribute Rs. 29.49 crores as dividends.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the company didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
