K.C.L. Astute Capital Limited Renamed Into ‘Garima Capital Limited’

K.C.L. Astute Capital Limited has been renamed into Garima Capital Limited.
The capital will remain as a subsidiary of Garima Bikas Bank after the bank acquired 51.20 percent shares in the company. It will be providing investment management service, demat and meroshare account related services.
Likewise, Garima Capital will also provide services related to issue and sales manager, securities underwriting, share registration, mutual fund, private equity fund, venture capital fund, hedge fund and other services.
The company expects to expand the access of services across the country.
