Kalika Laghubitta 75% right on the way to AGM 2075

Kalika Laghubitta (KMCDB) is going to issue 75% right share worth Rs. 7.50 crores. The 163rd board of directors meeting held on Poush 18, 2075 has decided to issue 75% right share, as informed on Nepal Stock exchange.
Kalika Laghubitta has already declared 8.42% dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2074-75.
The company has paid up capital of Rs. 10 crores, reserve and surplus of Rs. 5.86 crore, net profit of 12.42 lakh and EPS of 4.97 based on unaudited 1st quarter 2075-76. After the inclusion of bonus and right share, the paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 18.30 crores.
