Kisan Laghubitta Declares 7.36 Percent Dividend

Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The company has declared a 7.3684 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.3684 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, the microfinance had distributed 20 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Kisan Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 47.13 crores. After the inclusion of the bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 50.43 crores.
