Last day to secure dividend of one company today

Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Soaltee Hotel Limited. For the purpose of the dividend and AGM, the book closure date is from Mangsir 25 to Paush 24, 2076. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares until Mangsir 24 are eligible to receive the dividend and attend the AGM.
Soaltee Hotel has proposed the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2075/76. The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 2, 2076 has announced a 26.31578947 percent dividend to the shareholders.
The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and an 11.31578947 percent cash dividend (also for the tax purpose).
Similarly, the company has decided to conduct it’s 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2076. The AGM will take place at Nepal Pragya Prathisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu
