Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LICN) to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LICN) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The Board Meeting of the insurance held on Baisakh 17, 2081 BS has decided to skip the dividend distribution from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2079/80.
The company will send the financial statements of the the fiscal year 2079/80 to Nepal Insurance Authority for the approval. After the approval, the company will organize its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, LIC Nepal has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.65 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, LIC Nepal didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
