Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) is organizing its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 21, 2079 BS [March 5, 2023]. The annual meeting will take place at Aagantuk Resort, Dhulikhel, Kavre after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM
Presentation, Discussion, and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of 50 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Delegation of authority to the board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of AGM, Mahila Laghubitta decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Falgun 5, 2079 BS. Therefore, investors holding/purchasing the shares until Falgun 4 are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
