Mahila Sahayatra AGM
Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MSMBS) is going to conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 13, 2077. The annual meeting will take place at its head office, Makwanpur.
Previously, the AGM was scheduled on Chaitra 22, 2076 at Aadhyaya Retreat Resort, Makwanpur. However, due to the lockdown enforced by the government against the corona prevention, the company postponed its meeting.
Agendas For AGM
The annual meeting will endorse the financial statements as well as the dividend from the fiscal year 2075/76. The microfinance has proposed a 10 percent bonus share and a 7.50 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

Similarly, the AGM will provide authority to board of directors for any merger/ acquisition decisions.
The microfinance is going to increase the authorized capital from Rs 20 crores to Rs 40 crores. Likewise, the paid-up capital will rise to Rs 13.31 crores after the adjustment of the bonus shares.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the dividend and the AGM, the book closure date is on Chaitra 4, 2076. Therefore, investors purchasing/holding the shares of Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta until Chaitra 3 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
