Mahuli Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Mahuli Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 32.37 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well, MSLB didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
However from the fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance had provided a 15 percent dividend, including a 14.75 percent bonus shares. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2077/78, the company had distributed a 26 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, Mahuli Laghubitta had provided a 21.05 percent dividend, including a 20 percent bonus share and a 1.05 percent cash dividend.
