Mahuli Laghubitta Appoints Sunrise Capital As Registrar To Share (RTS)

Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has appointed Sunrise Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS) for a period of two years to be effective from Shrawan 1, 2080 BS. Sunrise Capital Limited will now keep records of Mahuli Laghubitta related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
Sunrise Capital Limited, a subsidiary company of Sunrise Bank Limited, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Mahuli Laghubitta is a ‘D’ class microfinance company of Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The head office is located at Bakdhuwa, Saptari.
