Mandu Hydropower Proposes 10.53 Percent Dividend

Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Jestha 18, 2083 BS has proposed a 10.5263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., Mandu Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.36 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the hydropower company had provided 12 percent cash divident to the shareholders. Likewise from the fiscal year 2079/80, MANDU had distributed a 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
