Mandu Hydropower Proposes 12 Percent Dividend

Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 20, 2081 BS has proposed a 12 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 12 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes as well). The company is planning to distribute Rs 16.36 crores worth of cash dividends.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 B.S., Mandu Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.36 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, MANDU had distributed a 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
