Manjushree Finance Proposes 5.26 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 14, 2080 BS has proposed a 5.263 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Manjushree Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 135.15 crores.
The company has forwarded the financial statements to NRB for approval which will then to presented in the upcoming AGM of the company.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the company didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2077/78, Manjushree Finance had distributed a 46 percent dividend including 6 percent cash dividend and a 40 percent bonus share.
