Manjushree Finance Proposes 15 Percent Dividend

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2081/82.

The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 7, 2082 BS has proposed a 15 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.

As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Manjushree Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 135.15 crores.

The company has forwarded the financial statements to NRB for approval which will then to presented in the upcoming AGM of the company.

From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company had distributed a 6.35 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
