Mirimire Laghubitta Proposes 20 Percent Dividend

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) has announced the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2077/78.

The company has proposed a total of 20 percent dividend to its shareholders. The dividend will be in the form of bonus shares. Shareholders don’t have to pay the tax for the bonus due to the merger.

As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Mirmire Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 43.50 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 8.70 crores.

From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, the microfinance company had distributed a 9.68 percent dividend to the shareholders including a 9.20 percent bonus shares.

Mirmire Laghubitta will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
