Nagbeli Laghubitta Changes Place For SGM On Ashad 20

Nagbeli Laghubitta has changed the place for the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) on Ashad 20, 2077. The SGM will now take City Party Palace, Birtamod-4, Jhapa.
Previously, the SGM was set take place at Hotel Timeless Moment, Jhapa after 12 PM.
The major agendas include:
To approve the acquisition of Nagbeli Laghubitta by Mirmire Laghubitta.
To provide final approval for the Swap ratio of the acquisiton.
Book Closure Date:
The company has announced the book closure date from Ashad 10 to Ashad 20, 2077.
