Mirmire Laghubitta to acquire Nagbeli Laghubitta

Mirmire Laghubitta and Nagbeli Laghubitta have signed an agreement for the acquisition on Falgun 13, 2076. As per the MOU, Mirmire Laghubitta will acquire Nagbeli Laghubitta.
Mirmire Laghubitta has a corporate office at Banepa Municipality, Kavre. Likewise, the head office of Nagbeli Laghubitta is at Birtamode municipality, Jhapa.
Mirmire Laghubitta has a current paid-up capital of Rs. 12.88 crores, as per the unaudited second-quarter report of fiscal year 2076/77. The microfinance earned a net profit of Rs. 3.98 crores in the six months period.
Likewise, Nagbeli Laghubitta posted a profit of Rs. 2.22 crores in the six months with the capital of Rs. 16.76 crores.
The swap ratio for the acquisition is yet to be finalized.
