Mission Development Bank is going to organize its 9th annual general meeting(AGM) on Poush 26, 2075. The 304th board of directors meeting held on 23/08/2075 has decided to conduct the meeting on Yogikoti, Butwal.
The annual general meeting is going to endorse 11% bonus to shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2074/75. The book closure for the AGM is on Poush 11.
The company has paid up capital of Rs. 51.93 crores, reserve and surplus of Rs. 12.71 crores, net profit of 1.09 crore and EPS of 8.41 based on unaudited 1st quarter 2075-76.
