Miteri Development Bank Declares 11 Percent Dividend

Miteri Development Bank (MDB) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The development bank has proposed an 11 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and 6 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Miteri Development Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs. 121.71 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 127.79 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82, Miteri Development Bank had distributed a 10 percent cash dividend.
