Miteri Development Bank Declares 10.0083 Percent Dividend

Miteri Development Bank (MDB) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The development bank has proposed a 10.0083 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 9.5079 percent bonus share and 0.5004 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The bonus share amounts to Rs 10.56 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend is worth Rs 55.61 lakhs.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Miteri Development Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 111.14 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 121.7 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Miteri Development Bank had distributed a 10 percent dividend, including a 9.5 percent bonus share and a 0.5 percent cash dividend.
