Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSLB) will conduct its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 10, 2079 BS [April 23, 2022]. The board meeting held on Chaitra 12 has decided to convene the meeting at Company’s head office, Dhulikhel, Kavre. The AGM will start after 3 PM.
Major Agendas For The AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of a 20 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Issue of Further Public Offering (FPO).
Delegation of authority to BOD for any future merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date from Chaitra 23, 2078 BS to Baisakh 10, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of the company until Chaitra 22 are eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
