Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) is going to issue right share to the shareholders from Mangsir 4, 2077. The right issue will remain open until Mangsir 24, 2077.
The finance will issue the right share in the ratio 1:1.25. This means that each shareholder with 100 shares can apply for 125 right shares at a par value of Rs 100. Nepal Finance is planning to issue 1,697,506.25 units right shares. This amounts to Rs 16.97 crores.
Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) has provided approval for the right issue on Ashwin 19, 2077.
