Nepal SBI Bank Organizing 29th AGM Today | Shareholders To Receive 10.53 Percent Dividend

Nepal SBI Bank Limited will organize its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2079 BS [January 9, 2023]. The meeting will take place at the Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
To discuss and approve the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
To endorse a 10.53 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of the auditor for fiscal year 2079/80.
To delegate authority to the board of directors for any merger or acquisition decision.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Nepal SBI Bank has set the book closure date on Poush 13, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing the shares of SBI until Poush 12 are eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
