Nepal SBI Bank Announces 10.65 Percent Dividend

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The bank has proposed a 10.65 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 3.80 percent bonus share and a 6.85 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes as well).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Nepal SBI Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 10.50 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 39.90 crores while the cash dividend is worth Rs 71.92 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Nepal SBI Bank had distributed a 10.55 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 3.75 percent bonus share and a 6.80 percent cash dividend.
