Nepal Telecom Organizing 15th AGM Today | To Endorse 40 Percent Dividend

Nepal Telecom Company Limited (NTC) is going to conduct its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 28, 2079 BS [January 12, 2023]. The Annual Meeting will take place at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradasanimarg, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of a 40 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Book Closure Date:
For the distribution of dividends and AGM purposes, Nepal Telecom has fixed the book closure date from Poush 18 to Poush 27, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares of NTC until Poush 17 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
