NEPSE to remain closed until Baisakh 25

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has informed that that it will remain closed until Baisakh 25, 2077.

Due to the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, the stock exchange was closed for the first time from Chaitra 10 to Chaitra 17, 2076. After that it has gradually extended the shutdown of the market until Baisakh 15. With the government increasing the lock down period, NEPSE has published a notice regarding the stock market shutdown until Baisakh 25, 2077.

Nepse index closed on 1251.45 before the shutdown.
