Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta(NUBL) conducted 20th Annual General Meeting today

The 20th AGM of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta(NUBL) was convened on Celebration Banquet, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal today. The annual report of fiscal year 2074/75 was presented by the chairman. The bank had declared 20% bonus share and 22.11% cash dividend for the shareholders from profit of 2074/75. The bank had made net profit of Rs. 54.31 crores. The paid up capital stands at Rs. 1.20 arab after the adjustment of 20% bonus share.
In the unaudited first quarter of 2075/76, the bank made 15.07 crores profit and has EPS of 60.31. The loans and advances remain at Rs. 16.05 arab.
